What should I expect?
If you are new to our clinic you will be asked to fill out a short intake form in our waiting area before your treatment. You will then find a comfortable chair, couch or massage table in the community room where you will receive your acupuncture treatment. There is no time limit for acupuncture treatments. Once your needles are in you can stay as long as you would like, you let the practitioner know when you are ready to get up. There will be low music playing and others in the room enjoying their treatments along with you.

How do I prepare?
Please wear comfortable clothes that can be rolled up above your elbow and knee. Be sure to eat a light meal or snack before your treatment.
